This is a reminder that – Jesus was rejected. Not just behind his back with gossip, but outright mockery and emotional abuse. By the majority.

He did marvelous works, healed the sick, cared for animals. You know, just an exceptional person.

He would even wash your feet for you, cause he loves you that much. How many people do you know who would actually be willing to do as he did?

It seems even though I know there’s believers out there everywhere, it can feel very small and lonely. Especially in the midst of the trials of the current world.

Let’s just be reminded by this passage and our Brother Simon Peter – We KNOW He is God.

People who disagree with this, will not understand our absoluteness.

All we can do is hang on to the Truth Father has given us, and pray that the world sees and receives his message. Don’t let others discourage you from your belief and faith. Not to say everyone is out to get us because of our faith, but subtly in this world – it’s easy to get distracted and pulled down by all of the mocking of belief in God.

Let’s just keep on the narrow path and know this world will hate us, but he has given us hearts to make it through the this and the Spirit of Truth to endure!

4 May He give you the desires of your heart and make all your plans succeed.
5 May we shout for joy at your victory and raise a banner in the name of our God. May the LORD grant all your petitions.
